We will ensure the item is safe and well packed as it is picked up by the courier. After which, we will send you a tracking number. Please keep this tracking number until the item reaches you.

Provided that the item does not reach you in the condition we dispatched it as, we will inquire with the postal service. It will be up to the post office (or designated courier) to provide you a refund.

If we fail to send out the item within 90 days, then you may apply for a refund.
