Digital copy with mailing issues

We will ensure the item is safe and well packed as it is picked up by the courier. After which, we will send you a tracking number. Please keep this tracking number until the item reaches you.

Provided that the item does not reach you in the condition we dispatched it as, we will inquire with the postal service. If there is no resolution and it is determined that it is not an error on your side, then we will send you a digital copy instead of a refund.

We require unboxing videos for any damage claims.
